How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance for regular appointments. For special occasions or complex styles, book 1-2 weeks ahead. Emergency bookings may be available with surcharges.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full service amount.
Do you provide hair extensions?
Yes! We provide premium synthetic and human hair extensions in various colors and textures. You can also use your own hair if preferred.
How long do appointments typically take?
Box braids: 4-6 hours, Knotless braids: 5-7 hours, Cornrows: 2-3 hours, Twists: 3-4 hours. Exact time depends on hair length and thickness.
