We are a fully mobile braiding service — we come to you. Whether you are at home, at work, or at another location in the Antwerp metropolitan area, our stylist travels to you with all the tools and materials needed. No salon visit required.
Session length depends on the style and your hair length. Box braids and knotless braids typically take 3 to 6 hours. Cornrows and simpler styles can be done in 1 to 2 hours. Kids' styles are usually 1 to 3 hours. We will give you a time estimate when you book so you can plan your day.
No — we supply all the braiding hair and extensions needed for your chosen style. The cost of hair is included in your service price. If you have a specific brand or colour preference, you are welcome to provide your own and we will work with it.
We recommend booking at least 3 to 5 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. For weekends and popular styles like knotless braids or boho braids, booking a week or more ahead is advisable. Last-minute and emergency bookings are sometimes available — contact us via WhatsApp to check availability.
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in the deposit being non-refundable. We understand that life happens — if something urgent comes up, please reach out as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, a small reservation deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot. This deposit is deducted from the total service cost. The remaining balance is settled on the day of your appointment.
Absolutely. We specialise in gentle, child-friendly braiding and offer a dedicated range of kids' styles. Our stylists are experienced in working with children and take care to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable for both child and parent.

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full service amount.
Do you provide hair extensions?
Yes! We provide premium synthetic and human hair extensions in various colors and textures. You can also use your own hair if preferred.
How long do appointments typically take?
Box braids: 4-6 hours, Knotless braids: 5-7 hours, Cornrows: 2-3 hours, Twists: 3-4 hours. Exact time depends on hair length and thickness.
